• When will my order ship?

We try to make a trip to the post office once a week. Once your shipping label is created, it can take 1-2 weeks for it to be shipped (as they are printed in bulk and then packed). 

Please remember that we are a small business with very few employees, and we do not delay your orders on purpose. Please also keep in mind that items marked as PREORDER can take two or more months to arrive in stock, and only then will the shipping process begin. 

• What type of package will I receive my items in?

Orders are shipped in bubble mailers, soft poly mailers, or small boxes, depending on the products .

• When will the shop be open?

We try to open the shop on a quarterly basis, but we may open it more or less often depending on other circumstances! Our twitter (@mothcharm) is the best place to keep an eye out for shop announcements. You can also subscribe to our newsletter! We tend to send out emails only for new shop openings, so you won't have to worry about being bombarded by subscription messages!

• When will [item] be back in stock?

We try to restock our Nice Emoji Charms and Pins with every shop opening! For other items, you're free to reach out to us here or on our twitter.
