Store Policy

All sales are final. Returns or replacements are only available if your order contained a manufacturing or packing error. Please view the sections below if you received an order with one of these errors.

Manufacturing errors:
If you discover a manufacturing error with your product, please contact us at mothcharmshop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number (available in order summary)
  • Description of the manufacturing error
  • Picture of the product, with described manufacturing error visible

We will work with you to send a replacement of the same product if it is still in stock, and if not we will work with you with an exchange or refund.

Packing errors:
If you received an order, and are either missing one or more of the items or received an incorrect item in error, please contact us at mothcharmshop@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number (available in order summary)
  • The item(s) you received in your package
  • A picture of the incorrect items you received. If you are contacting us because did not receive an item, this is optional.

We will work with you to send your missing product if it is still in stock, and if not we will work with you with an exchange or refund. If you incorrectly received an item you did not order, you do not need to return it.

Missing packages:
Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, we are no longer responsible for it. In the event that a package is lost, we will put in a missing package request, but we cannot otherwise check on the status of a shipped package, nor replace lost or damage orders once they have been shipped.
